Nature’s One® sent its staff to participate in the American Dietetic Association Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo in beautiful Denver, CO. We were greeted with unseasonably warm weather and gracious conference attendees, primarily Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Dietetic Technicians Registered (DTRs) from around the country. It was exciting to see so many healthcare professionals seeking organic alternatives to the leading nutritional beverages and formulas on the U.S. market. A question that is consistently asked is,” What amount of iron is needed in an infant/ toddlers diet?

In May 2009, an article was published in Contemporary Pediatrics regarding iron deficiency in toddlers.
