Plum™ Organics voluntarily recalled a portion of their Apple and Carrot Baby Food in Portable Pouches on October 16, 2009 after discovering the formulation was incorrect. The product involved in the recall had a “best by date of May 21, 2010” and is marked with the code “890180001221” located at the bottom of the package.
