Hi! I wanted to give you guys a compliment, but I can't find where to do that (I'm sure there's a clearly marked link that I just can't see!), so please forward to the appropriate place!
I have a 3 year old daughter who I gave your soy formula once I stopped nursing. She took it with no problem, and as my husband is a doctor, we felt completely comfortable giving it to her. We now have an 8 week old son, who has had trouble even with my breast milk, so we have tried all the normal remedies hoping to keep him on that, to no avail. Our obvious formula choice was once again, your soy formula, but I couldn't find it locally! Miraculously, a friend had a can that gave me a chance to try it on Finn. He seemed to be able to digest it well - at least as well as my breast milk, and at times even better!
Naturally I ordered a case of it (same way I used to get it for my daughter), but in the meantime I finished the can, so I scrambled to find some locally. After finding no success, I contacted your office - on a Saturday morning and had to leave a voicemail, but was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call first thing on Monday morning with a place 20 miles from here where I could get it! Of course then she also told me where on your website I could have found that on Saturday, so I felt rather stupid! (Logic doesn't usually apply to pregnancy brain!!)
I'm so pleased with both your product and your level of customer service, I just had to tell you. If more companies provided solid products, and had employees that have pride and confidence in them and professional attitudes, our country wouldn't be in the state it's in! Thank you so much for a job well done!
