Baby's Only Organic® Soy Good for Milk Allgergies

We recently adopted our 21 month old daughter from China. She is severely allergic to milk so we began to use your soy formula. This is the only formula that works for her! Her hives have stopped and your formula is helping her gain weight. I just wanted to thank you for making a great product. We plan on keeping her on this for a couple of years two times a day as she needs open heart surgery to repair a hole in her heart at the age of 3. With a food allergy, the immune system produces antibodies to the protein in the food. The antibodies cause certain cells in the body to release histamines into the bloodstream. Histamine acts on a person’s skin, nose, eyes, throat, and/or GI tract causing allergic symptoms such as a rash, itchy eyes, runny nose and/or diarrhea. This is why antihistamines are usually recommended for allergies to grasses, pollen, cat dander and other allergy causing items in the environment.
